Cinco De Mayo Activities

This year’s Cinco de Mayo Celebrations welcomed families and community members to celebrate the shared heritage of Mexico, France, and the United States.

At La Fete de Cinco de Mayo, guests enjoyed hands-on art activities, cultural games, and live performances representing the richness of all three cultures. Vibrant food and art vendors lined the streets, offering a unique blend of Mexican and French-inspired creations. The event highlighted the historical significance of Cinco de Mayo and emphasized how Mexican, French, and American cultures continue to influence one another through art, cuisine, and tradition.

The annual Cinco de Mayo Luncheon brought together local businesses and leaders to support the Museum and celebrate the 5th Street Mexican American Heritage Corridor. Funds raised from the luncheon directly support the Museum’s exhibitions, education programs, and community outreach. Mexic-Arte Museum remains committed to preserving and sharing Mexican, Latinx, and Latin American art and culture.

Thank you to all who joined us in honoring history, fostering connection, and celebrating our vibrant, diverse community.
