About the Artist
Los Printmakers de San Anto Collective is comprised of artists Sabrina Alfaro, Crystal Arias, Kayla Littlefield, Amanda Rangel, and Anthony Runblade, all of whom are students finishing up their Bachelor of Fine Arts degrees at The University of Texas at San Antonio. Drawn together by a common interest in printmaking, these emerging Latina/o often work closely in the studio assisting each other as they experiment with varied printmaking techniques. Their works often explore issues pertaining to identity and feminist theory while incorporating elements of an increasing transnational culture and contemporary use of technology. Additionally, the collective gives back to the San Antonio community by creating art at demonstrations and volunteering at various art events for local organizations. The group was recently featured in the exhibition Print It Up (2014) at R Space, San Antonio, Texas.

Changarreando expands the reach of the artist by presenting their gallery online, while allowing the option to sell merch over Instagram and receive 100% of the sale.
Los Printmakers de San Anto Collective was at the Mexic-Arte Museum featuring their artwork on the Changarrito cart right outside the Museum’s entrance on January 24, 25,31 & February 1, 2015.
