Aug. 26, 2020 @ 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm
Media Mixers are back as a streaming event! On Wednesday, August 26th, from 6pm-8:00pm CST our education department will be hosting a free online painting workshop as a part of our current exhibition, “The Bruno Andrade Retrospective: A Native of South Texas.” Abstract colorist Bruno Andrade experimented with color and studied visual perception in art. As an abstract artist, Bruno Andrade freely changed colors from nature and created his own unique vision of the South Texas landscape.
Follow along as we present our lesson, “Bruno & Form: Passion to Stay (Home!) Still Life”. Learn about color techniques by creating your very own Bruno Andrade inspired still life painting!
Mexic-Arte Education events will be streaming in August to help protect the health, and safety of all employees, volunteers and the public.
