Media Mixer: Unseen Prints & Screenprinting

Feb. 25, 2020

Feb. 25, 2020 @ 5:00 pm 9:00 pm

Mexic-Arte Museum will host the LAST Media Mixer for the Unseen Prints from the Mexic-Arte Museum Collection Exhibit. Come print your very own design on a tote bag using the block printing method. We will be demo-ing new screen print designs, so feel free to BYOStuff (bring your own teeshirt, tote bag, bandana etc.) to print on!

Media Mixers are open to the public with the price of admission, and are always free for members. Admission includes all materials for the workshop, as well as refreshments. Guests take home their projects at the end of the event.

About the program: Mexic-Arte Museum’s Media Mixer workshops, are a series of informal adult art-making and discussion classes for all levels on the last Tuesday of every other month. Artists are invited by the museum to create a workshop or lecture around current exhibit works and themes. Media Mixers are a unique opportunity for members of the community to get up close and personal with professional artists and their work as well as learn about art making techniques.
